Office for Zero Emission Vehicles

The OZEV (Office for Zero Emission Vehicles) grant is a UK Government incentive designed to reduce the cost of installing EV chargers at eligible domestic and commercial properties. The grant helps cover part of the installation cost, making it easier and more affordable to switch to electric vehicles.

To qualify, the EV charger must meet specific technical requirements and be installed by an OZEV-approved installer. OZEV Grant – Eligibility Requirements

You must own, lease, or have use of an eligible electric vehicle.
The property must have private off-street parking.
The EV charger must be installed at a UK property.
An OZEV-approved installer must carry out the installation.
The chargepoint must be an OZEV-approved model.
The grant must not have been previously claimed for the same property or vehicle.
Renters or flat owners may qualify, subject to landlord or freeholder permission.
